The website of Leibniz University Hannover is designed in line with Lower Saxony laws on disability equality (NBGG) to implement directive (EU) 2016/102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and provide content in an accessible form wherever possible. This statement applies for the website speechbase.org

Arbitration
Should the response received from the abovementioned contact be unsatisfactory, you can contact the arbitration office (set up by the Commissioner for Matters relating to Persons with Disabilities of Lower Saxony) to request initiation of an arbitration procedure in accordance with state laws on disability equality (NBGG).

As per state laws (section 9 d NBGG), the arbitration office aims to settle disputes between persons with disabilities and public sector bodies in Lower Saxony concerning accessibility in IT. The arbitration procedure is free of charge. Legal counsel is not required.
